Do you have any idea when the house was torn down? I have a book that states the building was build on the other side of State, then moved but was in the middle of State per the surveyors, then moved to it's "present" location. The book I'm reading this from is dated 1941ReplyDelete
The house was torn down to make room for the Dan Ryan express. My great great grandfather was one of the owners.ReplyDelete
