The Mount Prospect Creamery Company. 1921
By 1921 they had quickly become a major distributor of milk, cheese, and butter as Mount Prospect became one of the largest producers of dairy products in northern Illinois and the Chicago area in the early 20th century. 1. Great short history on the founding of this dairy. I would like to know when it ceased business.
