It is a food wasteland. Fortunately, I've been a commercial and gourmet cook for 58 years. As a result, we eat well, and I can duplicate many of the ethnic dishes from northern Illinois. I also have an old copy of the Antionette and Francois School cookbook. In addition, I found a recipe for Shrimp DeJonghe witch is to DIE FOR.
